During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the cozy and homely feeling of the hotel's rooms. The beds were comfortable, and the room service was excellent. the hotel's location was perfect for easy access to public transport and key tourist attractions in the area. I appreciated how all the staff were welcoming and helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops.

The options were limited and did not cater to all dietary needs. the timings for room service were not flexible enough, and it took a long time to receive our orders.

The hot water supply was inconsistent and we had to request multiple times to get it fixed. the breakfast served was average and not up to our expectations.
